Guides on using the equipment, not just choosing it

Buying well is the smaller half of the problem. These six pieces cover what to do with a mat once you own it, how to place a block so it actually changes a pose, how to progress on a stability ball without falling off one, and how to set up a space you will keep coming back to.

Practice Fit Calculator

Three answers, and we will size your mat, ball, and props.

Mat size

A standard 68 x 24" mat fits your proportions; go wider only if you like extra room in side-body work.

Blocks

Choose high-density foam. Standing poses put real load through a block and soft foam compresses under it.

Bands

A five-level loop set gives you the smallest progression steps for mixed work.

Clear a practice footprint of roughly 7.5 ft of clear length plus a foot on each side. Sizing guidance is a starting point — confirm a ball size by sitting on it with your thighs parallel to the floor.
